Zalety
Spa Area was nice. But you need to pay extra for it. (1500 Dinar/hour) some of the staff was helpful.
Wady
After a long journey we arrived late with two little kids. The hotel was overbooked and we had to go to a different hotel. Same chain, 10 minutes away from the booked hotel. Nobody informed us about the overbooking. The other hotel was good and clean. (in the end better as the booked one, but without pool&Spa area) the next day we were allowed to go to our booked hotel. It seems we received the oldest room, the quality of the room was poor. We booked a luxury room, I don’t think they gave us this category. Some of the staff at the reception were not helpful at all. Sometimes I needed to asked many times for the same thing. A couple of people were really nice and helpful, but most of the staff needs training. One morning the breakfast was a disaster, all tables were not cleaned, no cups and glasses were not available. We came at 08:30 breakfast is daily till 10:00. the hotel has a lot of potential but most of the staff needs service training and the rooms (at least 506 needs to be refurbished)
