Zalety
The room is large and clean, beds also comfortable. The two pools in 4000 building are heated.
Wady
Too many restrictions on the aqua park, the aqua park was closed two hours on the middle of the day 12:30 to 14:30, only two heated pools at the aqua park, one of the attractions allows only 55-110 kg for no reason at all, one big attraction is only for children for no reason, three attractions with no heated water. If you want to enjoy water park go to jungle aqua park as there is no such many restrictions. The food is eatable but not more than that. The reception guys are not friendly at all and all who works there has no service. All the stuff are young and has no service experience as there is an institute in the hotel and I can see that all of them are maybe students at the tourism institute in this hotel. The rooms are good and clean but the electricity went on and of five to ten times a day.
