Zalety
The relaxed mood and the possum passing by one night - it is really hard to resist their eyes :)
Wady
When checking-in I did not felt very welcome (got more the impression that I am disturbing). However, it was efficient and a early check-in was made available.

WiFi in rooms don't work. Rooms messy (down to guests). Wet towels all over the bathroom floors (left by staff). System for collecting mail not the best. Staff availability often limited (but you can use app). Kitchen very busy and messy (guest related)
