The hotel provides independent check-in. Using a confirmation number starting with 228 or 728, guests can check-in at the self-check-in terminal (Waldgasse 19, 1100 Wien) starting at 02:00 PM on the day of arrival. Access to the aparthotel is only possible with a valid payment card (credit or debit card). Guests must insert the card into the slot next to the door, then remove it and open the door.

At the check-in terminal: guests must select arrive with booking, enter a confirmation number that begins with 228 or 728, and follow the on-screen instructions. Guests will receive a key card for the reserved apartment.

Check out before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
