the person in charge of the indoor pool and the food was unacceptable and rude. He turned off our lights while we were changing to leave the pool area. The rooms smelled bad.

It's a good base for all the amenities including the bus station, Aquarium, Car Museum. There are also plenty of shortcuts to save time. Vastly improved from when I was at the hotel before. Plenty of choice.

For me being disabled the hotel was just in the right place, close to shops, chemist, and bar's. The hotel in it's self was spotless, and the gentleman who did my room was excellent. Lovely welcome, hotel reception staff excellent.

As far as I could see there was no disabled access but there again I didn't ask so maybe there was.

I stayed here some year's ago in both Canifor and sister Cardor. Was always good value for money and still is. Food has improved especially breakfast. The evening & breakfast meal quality was impressive. Must be an abundance of pigs on the island as the server can't get enough bacon on your plate. Incidentally, the bacon has improved dramatically. The rooms have all been improved and have a useful fridge. I would, without doubt, recommend as a good budget 3star - not 4star as claimed. Will most definitely return. Thank you Canifor and staff. X

The building site next door starts early, so expect loud noise, and that's just the Maltese builders shouting at each other. When I return later this year I should imagine the building work will be over therefore quieter. I do worry when they'll start building on the spare land opposite the Canifor, no more sun-facing room that I enjoyed. The mattresses on both beds were very lumpy, so I imaging that would apply to most rooms. The inside swimming pool doesn't need as much whatever they put in it, apart from the water. One swim under and eyes will sting for hours. Everybody has breakfast, not so much an evening meal, so the restaurant at times could resemble a bun fight at the O.K Corral. But I survived and enjoyed my stay at the Canifor so maybe they're trivial disappointments because I will return. Ian.

No vegetarian options for breakfast. Food was not tasty at all & they had dried fruits that looked like they had been there for a year Bed was very uncomfortable. Toilet blocked first day. Ceiling fan was noisy and was broken could see the wires inside and was shaking off the ceiling. Balcony view was looking over a construction site Only clean bit was reception. Maids don’t clean room properly and they make you pay extra for towels. Not all staff speak good English. Very stubborn to give us things

Bardzo uprzejma obsługa, smaczne jedzenie oraz lokalizacja niedaleko terminalu autobusowego daje możliwość zwiedzenia wyspy.
Wady
Klimatyzator wieczorami zamiast chłodzić grzał. Przy obiekcie trwa budowa apartamentu i wypoczywając przy basenie miało się widok na robotników i dźwig którego hak czasem przemieszczał się nad basenem.
