Zalety
It is located in a awesome place in Perth. Near the Lake. Easy to go around from the Hotel Very comfortable, Clean and Nice. Complementary items were there but didn't get water when we checked in. We got water later in the day. Very Clean

Zalety
The hotel is located near the Swan River with the Perth CBD on the other side of the river. Decent range. $15 AUD for an orange juice was a little pricey. Nice and comfortable bed. Great looking bathroom. Everything was in great condition and very modern. The hotel room was very clean. The service was excellent. Everything worked well. I was very pleased.

Once I arrived at the hotel reception, I was requested by the manager to prove I lived in Perth. Because of COVID-19, it took over 20 minutes and I had to show the manager my personal banking account history showing transactions back at least a month. All because your company didn’t look at my address and assumed I was flying into Perth from the USA. I have not been back in the USA since 1990. Since I had to pay in USD, the exchange rate was not friendly but that is beyond our control.

By the beautiful swan river and parks, casino and restaurants and bars Meals were delicious and excellent including the room service meals Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and so was the bathroom. All the necessary amenities were perfect. Excellent Pleased with the service and staff.

Cost was very high to stay at the hotel. but it is luxurious.
