Zalety
The hotel is only two blocks from the VanNess/UDC Metro stop on the red line. Perfect. There are places to eat with outdoor seating, when the weather is good.
Wady
There was no room cleanup (without direct request) so the "I'm on vacation and someone else is making my bed." Bathroom fixtures all worked but were dated and the water pressure was lacking. My room was short on towels, which I didn't realize until I was out of the shower, and I had to go to the desk where I was given a towel set in a wastecan liner.

Room had a musty dank smell. Edges of the furniture were cracked and peeling. A few drop ceiling tiles were stained and broken. Very unlike previous Days Inn's we've stayed at.

The room was clean and everything was working properly.
Wady
The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. When requested there was no safe space to place our luggage until check-in. The wifi was also not working at all.
