There is a 24-hour contactless check-in: the administration will send instructions, access codes and a mark on the card to the guests.

The managers process bookings from 09:00 to 21:00. If the reservation has been confirmed, paid for and the guests have received access codes before 21:00, guests can check in at any time, even at night.

An insurance deposit must be paid upon check-in. The amount will be refunded after checking out and checking the apartment, subject to the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of accommodation.

The estimated time of stay in the apartment is check—in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00, i.e. no matter what time the guests arrived at the apartment, it must be vacated before 12:00. The stay in the apartment after 12:00 is negotiated with the manager in advance and is paid separately.

Apartments are not intended for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this paragraph of the rules, the administration has the right to evict the guests without refunding the payment.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment; if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of check-out, the deposit is withheld.

Booking an apartment and making an advance payment indicate that the guests agree with the living conditions.
