The hotel is in a very centric location. The accommodation is great, very clean, the breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean and new. but be aware is a party zone where the hotel is. So any where you can distract yourself until 4 am

Excellent location, beautiful interior design of the reception and the restaurant, excellent quality of sleep due to the comfort of the mattress. Breakfast choices were poor, but the evening menu had a great variety and the food was delicious (plus discount to hotel residents).

While looking extremely professional, the staff recited the information about the hotel without so much as making eye contact. There were no welcome smiles nor small talk (How are you today? Where do you come from? Is this your first time in Minsk?) upon arrival which created a very poor first impression especially for my partner, who was a first-time guest in Belarus.

In order to enter the territory of the accommodation on weekends, guests must contact the reception administrator at the phone number indicated in the booking confirmation. Hotel located in the center of the town but because it is right on pedestrian street taxi driver wasn’t able to drop me off at main entrance

This is OK hotel, but it is definitely not four stars. The staff and atmosphere is extremely cold and unwelcoming. When I arrive around 10 PM main hallway was extremely dark with exception of a little nightlight at the reception desk and then from nowhere appear the clerk that never welcomed me , didn’t even ask how was my trip and how easy I found how  hotel.  So maybe three stars maybe less . Breakfast buffet was unimpressive and when I asked them to cook me some sunny side eggs, they refused
