The location is great, right in the middle of Downtown Cairo. The bathroom products were plentiful and were good quality. The beds were comfortable, the bedding and the towels were clean.

The floor needed a vacuum. The tv only had BBC News. No English movie channels.

Very bad experience, deliberate bad treatment for booking through the website and they gave us a very small and narrow room and the mosquitoes were horrible, we were exposed to bites throughout the stay despite our complaint and request to change the room or spray insecticide.. The response was rude, the room cannot be changed as it is allocated to those who booked this website within the limits of what you paid.. He knew and ignored because of the advance payment and we were told then literally (if you do not like the room you can leave!!))
