This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Swindon Apartments by Charles Hope in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A minimum age of 21 years old and photo ID for all guests is required. Upon confirming your booking you will receive an email with our online check-in requirements, you must complete your online check in (ID upload and security deposit payment £150), we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you fail to complete the check in within 72 hours of arrival. We do not accept guests living within 10 miles of the property address. If you have booked a prepaid and non refundable rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival. Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the lead guest staying at the property. Otherwise, you may be re-charged on a card you have provided during the pre check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.
