Location was close to where I needed to be. My room was great. Housekeeper was very nice.

Checking in was slightly disappointing. But checking out was smooth.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Parking was great.

The heating was broken so had to be moved room. Unfortunately this took a couple of hours to get to resolved. Would have been better if it was resolved more quickly so we had more time to relax in our room before we went out.

Room standard very poor and outdated. Was told it would be refurbished in the next 3 years. Sorry can't wait that long. Wont be staying here again.

Location, gym, car parking, pretty good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The general vibe of the hotel was tired and uncared for - loose fittings on windows, unpleasant smells, shower head scaled up. To be honest, the room and bathroom itself were not much better than you’d get at a Travelodge (although it did have a table in it and nicer pillows). I can’t really see any reason to stay here other than the location.
